The Whilteline Group encompasses Whiteline Manufacturing Limited, Whiteline Aluminium Limited, and Teamframes Limited. The Group Offices are based at 26-36 Hawthorn Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6QA. All companies collect and/or process “personal data” (as defined in UK data protection legislation) as part of the contracted services. Both “personal data” and/or “Special category data” (for example – medical information) may be collected/processed in our administrative procedures.
Data may be shared within the Group and/or with third parties as part of our contracted services. Each company within the Group is a separate legal entity and thereby a “third party” also. We also may share data if we are required to do so by UK law. We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party which is outside our remit.
Data may be stored/processed in manual and/or electronic format. We consider privacy of personal information to be extremely important. All feasible security measures are in place. Data are kept whilst they are relevant to the reason for collection, for warranty purposes and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. Once no longer needed, all data are destroyed by secure means.
If you provide us with your mobile number, we may text you to advise you that your item is ready for collection in store, or to update you on the progress of your delivery. We will not charge you for these texts, although your network may charge you to receive them. If you no longer require these text updates, please contact the Company to disable this option.
As part of our compliance, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website. Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content. We utilise analytical cookies to help us monitor and develop our site. None of the cookies we use are intrusive on your system. You are at liberty to turn off cookies through your browser but you should be aware that this may affect your viewing experience.
